Unlimited nurse visits within the network – virtually or in-person.

GP visits

Members can make use of any Sizanani HealthCare Network provider virtually.

Basic pathology

Basic blood tests as requested by Sizanani HealthCare Network provider.

HIV benefits

HIV ELISA blood test. Referral by a Sizanani HealthCare Network nurse to a state facility if required.

Chronic medication

Unlimited for 26 chronic conditions. Subject to registration and according to the Sizanani HealthCare Network medicine formulary.

Specialist visits

Specialist visits are limited to a maximum of R1 500 per member per annum. Referral by a network GP is required.

How to Register Your Group

  1. Get started by messaging "Hi" to 073 058 9068
  2. You will then need to reply with "1" to register your group
  3. You will need to give your group a name and add yourself and 2 more admins to complete your registration

How to Accept Group Invites

  1. To accept an invite use the link or number you received from your admin, save the number and WhatsApp “Hi” to the Sizanani  WhatsApp Bot
  2. To accept an Invite reply with "2" and accept the invite sent by your admin

How to Log Deposits

“Log Deposit” is the place where you can Log Deposits:

  1. For Yourself 
  2. For other Members
  3. For the Group
  4. Through Cash, ATM Deposit or EFT

To "Log Deposit" reply with "3"


How to Request Withdrawals

“Request Withdrawal” is the place where you can Request a Withdrawal:

  1. For Yourself 
  2. For other Members
  3. For the Group
  4. Through Cash, Bank Account or eWallet

  3. Proof of Occupation
